Slate Research reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our sole discretion. Orders may be declined or canceled if misuse is suspected, inaccurate information is provided, or shipping and regulatory restrictions apply.
5. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated and are subject to change without notice. Payments are securely processed through trusted third-party payment providers. Slate Research does not store or retain credit card or payment information.
6. Shipping & Delivery
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Shipping rates are $7.50. Slate Research is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs clearance, or events beyond our control.
7. All Sales Final / No Returns
All sales made through Slate Research are final. Due to the nature of research-use-only products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been placed and payment has been received.
By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that:
Orders cannot be canceled after payment confirmation
Refunds will not be issued for incorrect orders placed by the customer
Slate Research is not responsible for improper storage, handling, or use after delivery
Exceptions may be made solely at the discretion of Slate Research in the event of a verified error on our part.
